Azienda Mario Giribaldi
The Giribaldi winery started at the beginning of the 20th century and has been producing wines for three generations. In these days times were hard, and farming was not only a means of income but also a real pride for those who loved their land, it took blood sweat and tears to make a living and a price for it paid. Ultimately, Azienda Mario Giribaldi has grown into an excellent winery.
Giribaldi's Barolo is an excellent wine with high points scored by wine professionals, yet we will keep the price attractive.
The Barolo wines can be made in 2 ways: the traditional way where the wine first has to ripen for a long time in order to obtain riper tannins and make the wine more drinkable, Mario makes his Barolos in the new way in which they are destemmed and the wines contain much less tannins, the wine is therefore ready to drink after 3 years of wood aging, the wine is very fruity with small pleasant tannins, a feast for the table.
andlt;/ pandgt;
Mario Giribaldi's wines are almost all grown organically, which in turn benefits people and nature, Giribaldi's top wine is his Barolo Ravera Organically made and from a special piece of vineyard with the highest quality.
