Domaine Manuel Olivier

Manuel Olivier comes from a farming family and has followed an atypical path, starting with a few hectares of vines in 1990 while also growing small fruits.

For four generations, the members of the Olivier family have been bending over the Burgundian soil, which is so favorable for the cultivation of the vines.

Very attached to the rhythm of nature, he has been practicing reasoned pest control for years, by placing intermediate rows of grass they were able to suppress soil erosion and gullies.

Today he cultivates more than 12 hectares of vines in the Hautes Cotes de Nuits, but also on the Cote de Nuits and the Cote de Beaune

Domaine Manuel Olivier has Regional Appelations in red and white, under different vintages for Hautes cote de Nuits Wines, and Appelations from the Cote Village, 1e Cru, Grand Cru, Beaune, Morey Saint Denis, Aloxe Corton, chambolle musigny, Pommard , Nuit Saint Georges, Meursault, Gevery Chambertin, Vosne Romanee, Corton Charlemagne, Clos Vougeot.

Domaine Manuel Olivier Haut Cotes de Nuits chardonnay

On the taste, this white Burgundy wine reveals itself with complex, fruity and floral scents (white flowers) and woody and even brioche notes, the attack in the mouth is elegant and balanced on soft and spacious notes brought by the Chardonnay grape, the finish is long, powerful and mineral.
