The story of Torrevento begins in the north of Apulia, at the vineyards at the foot of Castel del Monte . Here, in the Torre del Vento district, in the heart of the Alta Murgia National Park, we produce our wines according to the regulations of sustainable agriculture.
Traditionally, Coq au vin is made from an old rooster, a regional dish from Burgundy. But this can also be easily done from chicken legs or a chicken from the butcher.
