Our Packages are generally sent with Post NL the same working day after receipt of your payment before 12:00. You will usually receive your order the next working day, or at your specified time. (please indicate the desired delivery day in the comments field) After your order you will receive a track and trace code so that you can track your order,

Please note that if you indicate a specific day (in our comments box in your shopping cart), for delivery of your order, we will ship it the day before, usually the order will be delivered the other day. We ship with PostNL, but we can never guarantee that delivery will also take place on the same day. The next day will be done because Postnl is a secondary company, especially during the holidays, Postnl needs more time to deliver your order. This can sometimes take up to 3 working days, please keep that in mind.

If you are not at home when your order is delivered, PostNL will take it to the nearest parcel location where you can pick it up, PostNL has stopped putting notes through the door, you will have to consult your email with the track and trace where you can receive your package. can be picked up, due to increasing crowds when ordering online, Postnl will no longer come to your door a second time.

Below you will find the shipping costs per item in the table bottle per country, we offer free shipping for the Netherlands and Belgium from 9 bottles. For Germany we offer free shipping for 12 bottles and reduced shipping costs from 9 bottles.

There are no longer free shipping costs for other countries due to increased energy costs and transport. Shipping costs are therefore higher from 12 bottles because we then have to send a package twice. the shipping costs marked in green are the most optimal shipping costs for you. All our shipments include €500 insurance as standard.

If you order wine from a country where you are obliged to pay excise duties or customs costs, these will be at your expense.

Brexit United Kingdom

Whether you are importing goods from the EU to the UK for your business or purchasing an item for personal use, you will need to pay 20% VAT on the products purchased. If an item is worth more than €135, you will be charged import duties in your home country, which will increase the cost of your order even more. We only ship orders over GBP 135, excluding VAT and shipping costs. Your purchase will automatically be shown without VAT
