French Winemakers

Chateau La croix de Gay Pomerol The vineyard of Château La Croix de Gay is currently being developed by the Raynaud-Lebreton family, descendants of a line of Pomerolais winegrowers dating back to 1772, but established in the commune since at least 1477.

Chateau Leoville Barton The castle was built in 1758 by Monsieur de Pontet with the peculiarity that among the private apartments it has outdated cellars in the form of a vaulted crypt where everything is silence and serenity. Peacefully and slowly, the best vintages of Léoville Barton wine are perfected.

The Amadieu family has been associated with the Gigondas appellation for generations. Our grandfather, Pierre Amadieu , owner of 7 hectares at the foot of the village, where vines and olive trees had grown side by side for more than a century, decided to bottle his Gigondas in 1929.

Pavelot The Pavelot family, grape growers and winemakers, are well rooted in Pernand-Vergelesses. Luc and Lise are the seventh generation, after their parents Régis and Annie, who followed Maurice and Gladie, but also previous generations: Léon and Clémentine, Antoine and Ursule. Today, the brother-sister couple works to uphold the family tradition and winemaking heritage of those who came before them on their 10 hectares (22 acres) of vineyards

The first sparkling wines from Burgundy were made at the beginning of the 19th century. Jean Bouillot, Louis's father, was born in the same year as Manet and Gustave Eiffel, born in Dijon in the year 1832. Mid-century, the industrial age brought with it the railway, which would become a determining factor in the development of Company

The Lamarche family settled in the small village of Vosne-Romanée (Côte d'Or - Burgundy) around 1740. They expanded their estate and Henri Lamarche founded the domain in the early 20th century. He already produced and sold his wines directly from the domain.

Paul Avril (1873-1962) was one of the people behind the creation of the appellation.In 1896 he started selling his wines under the name Clos des Papes. Régis Avril (1901-1987) supplied wines to two presidents of France, General de Gaulle and Georges Pompidou. Paul Avril (1937-2009) started working on the estate in 1963, first with his father and later with his son for many years.

Since 1921, Moncigale's wines have been an ode to rosés from Provence. This is a passion our winemaker shares.

Firmly anchored in the Mâconnais landscape Cave de Lugny proudly claims its origins and its journey that led it to its place as a specialist in southern Burgundy. With a view to the future, the cellar tries to continuously develop thanks to an important quality approach: of course the quality of the wines produced, but also the quality of the working conditions, the relationships between different employees and producers, and the quality of the service provided to the consumer. 

Ideally located at the foot of the famous Roche de Solutré, in the hamlet of Pouilly, the Trouillet estate currently managed by William (4th generation) today extends over about twenty hectares, a sign of great dynamism because Jules Guérin, the great-grandfather of William, started with a sharecropping of 4 hectares which his son Jean subsequently operated for 45 years.

Les Celliers Jean d'Alibert is located in the south of France in the Occitanie region, in two departments, Aude (11) and Hérault (34), at the foot of the Black Mountain and overlooking the Pyrenees. They are located in a pine forest surrounded by vineyards, near Carcassonne and in the heart of the production area of the Minervois appellation.

Michel Bernard and his wife Dominique Vergniaud have been responsible for the wine growing since 1971, which they have gradually expanded. In 2004 their eldest daughter Amandine joined them. Today the castle is the seat of winemaking and maturation of the various family vineyards
