Domaine Chainier
The castles on ancient soils dominate the Loire in the canton of Château d'Amboise , land of passage and sometimes residence of the greatest kings of France and people of culture. Leonardo da Vinci , Cezanne , Proust , Princess Orsini or the Daudet family reside in the region where it has been producing wine since the 4th century, in the time of St. Martin de Tours. Steeped in this history, the heritage of the Chainier House reflects the rich heritage of the Loire Valley.
The history of the Chainier family begins in the 18th century when Pierre Chainier's ancestors cultivated vines in Bordeaux. After several years, the Chainier House in the Loire Valley was founded in 1973. This tradition has been passed down from father to son and the Chainier House now brings together many professional experts, partners, wineries and major importers. It can therefore offer wines from its vinification and selections and also from its own vineyards.
TODAY, THE CHAINIER HOUSE REPRESENTS 250 HA IN THE HEART OF TOURAINE AND PRODUCES THE BEST WINES OF THE LOIRE VALLEY, EXPORTING ON FIVE CONTINENTS WITH THE SAME COMMITMENT TO QUALITY.
The region's diversity of soils and microclimates, a variety of beacons of exceptions, can produce an incredible variety of wines. The marriage of these exceptions; Land and love of the Chainier chain for its vineyards offers unique blends, for powerful and fine wines popular both in France and abroad that continuously receive the most prestigious awards.
It is only with the passionate attention of these men, their expertise, choosing the best grapes and the best growing conditions that Pierre Chainier SAS could be recognized and rewarded all over the world.
Pierre Chainier is the originator of rational culture, an approach to listening to the earth and adapting, one of the cornerstones of the Chainier House, the Chainier family passed down to younger generations.
Check out the estates in the heart of the Loire Valley, where great wines are made in a majestic world-famous setting.
