Cave de Turckheim Baron d Alsace Pinot Blanc This Alsace Wine Pinot Blanc is famous for its mild acidity, it is a real quality creation from Alsace the wine has aromas of melon, ripe pear and elderflower A good structure and bouquet fill the taste buds with a nice balance delicious with asparagus!

Vineyards

The vineyards are located on sun-drenched slopes, mostly facing south. The climate here is therefore perfect for viticulture. The Vosges form a natural protection against cool westerly winds, and in the warm and usually dry late summer, the grapes for the Baron d'Alsace wines have every opportunity to develop their full aroma richness.

Alsace

Alsatian wines are named after the grape variety (cépage) from which they are made. White grapes dominate: riesling, gewurztraminer, pinot gris, pinot blanc, sylvaner, muscat. The only blue grape variety , from which a delicate light red wine is made, is the pinot noir. Cave de Turckheim knows how to make a full, expressive wine with characteristic aromas from each grape variety .

The Cave de Turckheim has IFS and BRC High Level certifications for food quality and safety. These certifications guarantee our customers full traceability from the vine to the glass

The winegrowers of Cave de Turckheim are the current custodians of a long and illustrious history steeped in wine. Since 1955, the Cave de Turckheim has brought together the craft heirs of this great heritage, reinforcing the bond between man, the earth and the fruits of the vine.
