The Family Reserve Chenin Blanc is made in three different departments and soils (Decomposed Granite, Oakleaf and Duplex) in Stellenbosch, each of which contributes to the complexity of this wine.
These vineyards are all over 40 years old and non-irrigated bush vines. The canopy of the vines is tied and tipped to ensure a cool microclimate around the grapes with no direct sun and no botrytis.
