This Sauvignon Blanc Van Paarl Heights has a sparkling, pale yellow color with a green tint. In the nose an exuberant perfume of gooseberries, Granny Smith and passion fruit. Fresh acidity and lots of citrus fruits in the taste. It's a great aperitif. Also excellent with oriental dishes, light fish dishes, salads and sushi.
