Baron Edmond de Rothschild

As a member of the famous Rothschild family, he is dedicated to the production of high-quality wines and looks back on a long tradition of winemaking. His vineyards cover a total of 1300 hectares and are located in the heart of the Medoc, near the charming town of Pauillac. The grape varieties that thrive there include Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot, which Baron Edmond de Rothschild cultivates with great feeling and know-how processed into fine wines. His wines are characterized by their elegance, structure and depth. They are perfectly balanced and reflect the diversity of the soil and the particularities of each plot. The Edmond de Rothschild family has since chosen to remain fully responsible for the production and distribution of its wines, from harvest to marketing.
