Lemon yellow in color, this wine has notes of stone fruit. It combines well with extensive fish and seafood dishes, rice, even with roasted meat such as lamb or goat

Viñedos y Bodegas Muñoz, is a winery with a long family tradition that has nevertheless adapted to the new times and has become a benchmark for the modern wineries of La Mancha.

 Welcome Muñoz Pollo , agronomist and master in oenology and viticulture, is in charge of the winery, which has focused its production on quality wines, protected under the DO La Mancha and VT de Castilla .

The vineyard's own qualities, together with the modern production, aging and bottling facilities, as well as the implementation of quality systems, form the perfect set for achieving a final product in the most demanding taste.

 

Viñedos y Bodegas Muñoz currently distributes its wines in more than thirty countries. The recognition of the quality of the wines produced in Viñedos and Bodegas Muñoz, is supported by the many awards achieved in both national and international competitions.

The winery covers an area of 8,000 m2 and is equipped with modern processing, aging and bottling facilities

The processing capacity is 4.000.000 liters per year.

The bottling capacity is 5,500 bottles/hour.

The aging process takes place in 4,500 barrels

The winery has a complete laboratory equipped with high precision technology. During all processes, the wines are subject to strict quality controls.

is located just 60 km from Madrid, in the province of Toledo, in the town of Noblejas. Population of wine tradition with centuries-old vineyards. The excellent climatic conditions and soil properties are capable of producing exceptionally concentrated and aromatic wines.
