White Chablis

Chablis, the northernmost wine region of Burgundy, known for its white wines that combine excellently with seafood, Chablis wines are fresh, dry and fruity made from the Chardonnay grape variety . characterized by a pale yellowish color with often a tinge of green and a rather dry, mineral, cool taste that can be wonderfully juicy and fruity at the same time. In the Chablis better vineyards, the soil has a lot of lime just like in the Champagne area , only the Chablis was part of the ocean in the past and precisely because of this, many calcareous fossils have been left behind that give the Chardonnay the typical mineral taste. the Chablis wines are also called Oyster water
