Sauvignon Blanc

The Touraine vineyards are located on the remains of the famous Rifle stone used by the Napoleonic army. The strong, stony load, the soft undulating relief contribute to the flowering of Gamay Noir, Côt but also Sauvignon . The flint load gives this variety the minerality, smoky notes that are so characteristic of this terroir.

Vineyard Valencay

The Valençay vineyards are grouped around two small islands, one on the other side of the Modon, a tributary of the River Cher that runs locally through our vineyards.
