Roux pere&fils

Domaine Roux Pere & Fils was founded in 1885 with only 4 hectares in the village of Saint-Aubin in the heart of Burgundy, France. Under the leadership of the 3rd and 4th generations, Marcel Roux and his son Christian, own of the family's vineyard holdings, have expanded the acreage to over 70 hectares across the Côte d'Or, the most extensive in the sub-region from the Cote de Beaune.
Today, Domaine Roux is one of the top 10 largest landowners in the region, wholly owned and managed by the 4th and 5th generation. The vines are planted exclusively on east and south facing slopes, benefiting from premium exposure.
The vineyards consist of different soils. All grapes are harvested by hand at optimum ripeness and vinified according to the appellation's regulations
