    This Cuvée develops a bouquet that combines white fruits, peach, acacia, honey, hazelnut and some jasmine notes. It is the wine that represents the most beautiful expression of a blend of great elegance. Sapphire is the "high definition" of Saumur Brut.

    Light golden slightly amber-like, fine bubbles. This beautiful wine is clear.

    Cream of the Loire

    At the age of 23, Étienne Bouvet acquired a wine cellar in Saint-Hilaire-Saint-Florent. He then founded the "House" Bouvet Ladubay to which he associates the name of his wife, Celestine Ladubay.

    The history of the Loire and its wines merges with the history of France.

    Its origins go back to the end of the third century, when, for the first time, the Roman Emperor Probus planted vines in Saumur . It was only towards the 5th century where the birth of viticulture in the Loire Valley took place

    In the course of the following centuries, the influence of the monks and Benedictines is predominant in the development of the various vineyards.

    The time of discovery was only in the XVIII century until the Loire Valley Saumur wines are really appreciated and sought after everywhere
