This Mediterranean wine comes with a taste in which there is a slight predominance of Syrah, where we find equal percentages of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon .

       These are three varieties that grow with the cordon system in the "Le Sondraie" vineyard, located at an altitude of 25 meters above sea level and characterized by a terroir composed of clay and sand, with a strong presence of iron and magnesium.

        The berries, are carefully selected during the harvest, after they are harvested, they are taken to the premises used for the vinification of Poggio al Tesoro , the grapes are gently pressed and sent to alcoholic fermentation in steel for 12 days.

       We then move on to the refinement phase, in which the wine rests in barrels for 8 months, the second passage.

       The Poggio al Tesoro Mediterra reveals itself to the eye with a typical ruby red color. All the aromas that contribute to the taste of the fragrance profile of this product tell sensations mostly fruity, however, also enriched by vegetal and spicy aromas.

       In the mouth it is velvety in the body, enveloped by the palate, with a savory and smooth sip , from which a light taste of spices emerges.
