    Description

    Giacomo Grimaldi

Giacomo Grimaldi starts selling grapes and in the 60s (his son) Giovanni Grimaldi starts producing wine and selling it in bulk. Giovanni builds his pillars: he is very careful about viticulture, with full respect for the vineyard and the wine. He bottles the wines in the best vintages, creating an important library stock and valuing the vineyards and grapes.

The search for quality from the vineyard to the Bottle is already an important aspect of Giovanni's philosophy, having been the beating heart of the company for many years.

In the following decades, our history is marked by vineyard work and careful winemaking, both of which improve the quality of the grapes. These remain two important aspects and are still crucial in our approach to the vine today.
