Awatere Sauvignon Blanc
Tasting note:
This Sauvignon Blanc has a shiny, pale gold color and aromas such as citrus and herbs in the nose. In the mouth we taste the taste of juicy limes and ripe tropical fruit. as ruby red grapefruit and the sweetness of guava form an excellent balance with a stimulating minerality.
Awatere Valley
Awatere Valley is one of the three famous Cebu Mountains in the Marlboro region of New Zealand, southeast of Marlboro. Of the vineyards in Marlboro, the vineyard in Awatere is approximately 30% in size, and mainly Sauvignon Blanc, which produces Herbacious white wine.
Sauvignon Blanc, harvested from select fields of the Marlboro vineyards, is fermented at low temperatures to maintain a fresh and vibrant feel. After fermentation is complete, it is brought into contact with the yeast residue for a short time to add flavor and transferred to a stainless steel tank. After a short maturing period, the wine is released to bring out the fresh character of the wine.
