The Salomon family acquired Domaine du Clos Salomon in 1538. In 1632, the family passed to the Gardin family of Séveirac. Since 2016, Ludovic managed du Gardin on his own. The vineyard consists of a historic monopoly of 7 ha, in Givry red premier cru, supplemented by two plots of Chardonnay : La Grande Berge in Givry premier cru (0.40 ha) and 2 ha in Montagny. Small yields, work and respect for the soil, everything is done to ensure that the soil resonates optimally.
