Dr von Basserman Jordan Blanc de Noir

Tasting note:

The Blanc de Noir is made at Bassermann-Jordan from a blend of grape varieties. Pinot Noir , Merlot and Cabernet provide the grapes for this wine. Depending on the variety, the grapes are picked and pressed separately, after which the must is 'mixed' together. The different benefits and aromas of the individual varieties complement each other to create a unique cuvée. Red berries and fine citrus notes on the nose. A fresh wine on the palate with a delicate acidity and a good drink. Delicious terrace wine for the warmer months.

Blanc de Noir

Blanc de Noir is a term from French and a name for white wine made from blue grapes. To make Blanc de Noir wines, the skins are removed immediately after pressing, so that no (natural) coloring agents can end up in the must.
