            Rosé Sauvage is not like other rosé Champagnes. The dynamic color comes from a higher proportion of Pinot Noir , which is first made into red wine before being added to the mix. Aging in the cellars for 24 months completes the magic.

              Soft, taste with an aroma of red plums, clementines, blood orange and a little pistachio.  Awarded 92 points in the Wine Spectator and a silver medal at the International Wine & Spirit Competition
