The grapes come mainly from the winery's own plots located at the foot of the Andes Mountains, an area known as Maipo Alto and internationally recognized for the quality of its Cabernet Sauvignons.
Grapes are hand-picked to prevent damage to the bunches and then processed and stripped. The fruit is cold macerated for 3-5 days in stainless steel tanks before proceeding to alcoholic fermentation. The wine obtained is aged for 12 to 14 months in fine-grained French oak barrels
