    Tasting note:

    This Merlot is bright and ruby red in color. On the palate, notes of ripe fruit such as cherries, plums and dried figs with notes of tobacco, roasted hazelnuts and spices. A smooth and expansive mouthfeel leads to an elegant and balanced finish. Nice balance between acidity and sweetness.

    Wine grapes Merlot

    The grapes come from the winery's own vineyards in María Pinto and Alhué, Maipo Valley. They are selected and cold macerated for 3 to 4 days before alcoholic fermentation carried out in stainless steel tanks at 25-28 ° C for 8 to 10 days.

    Making wine

    Aging takes place in fine-grained French oak barrels for approximately 10 to 12 months. The process enhances the wine's complexity of aromas and flavors.
