HENRIETTE ARCELIN

For this season, Henriette Arcelin, a French illustrator and ceramist living in Lisbon for 10 years, has brought to life a creative monochrome interpretation of the Minuty M cuvée.

A new bright yellow limited edition, in tribute to the Provencal sun, that brings Minuty's grapes and wines to life.

ON THE SAINT-TROPEZ PENINSULA

Located between land and sea in the heart of Provence, Château Minuty has been the wine estate of the Matton-Farnet family for more than 85 years for four generations and has been a classified growth of the Côtes de Provence since 1955.

The Château Minuty vineyard is remarkably well located on the hills of the villages of Gassin and Ramatuelle, overlooking the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. It benefits from a temperate maritime climate and gives prominence to southern grape varieties.

ESTATE WINESFor an estate wine, it all starts in the vineyard, in a protected environment. The Château's vines are grown sustainably, without herbicides or pesticides, as part of a continuous improvement process to reduce the impact of the activities on the environment.

Château Minuty is one of the last estates in the Côtes de Provence where the grapes are harvested entirely by hand to guarantee their perfect integrity. Jean-Etienne and François Matton, who are deeply attached to their country, are at the helm of the operation and have inherited their know-how and expertise from their family.

There is a great sense of tranquility in the place where the view extends over 360°. The richness of the sandy-clay soils with their ocher tones has allowed the creation of a 40 hectare AOC Côtes de Provence vineyard, directly adjacent to the family's oldest vineyard, Chateauneuf.

Upon arrival in Verez, all the emblematic elements of Provence come into view: terraces, olive trees, bastides. The dominance of green and ocher colors is striking.

Like a jewel box, nature envelops us and protects us from the hottest hours of summer. The sunsets set the landscape on fire and give it a wild aspect. Sheltered from the lights of the city, the starry nights take us back to our childhood memories.
