Argentina has a production of the Malbec until we 75 % famous in the world market in Mendoza is the altitude of the plantations with heights of up to 1400 meters. This ensures a high UV content and a lot of sunlight.
There is also a lot of difference between night and day temperatures at these heights, which allows the Malbec to ripen slowly and much more aromas to come into the wines.
The wines of the Malbec therefore fit perfectly with South American dishes such as steaks and BBQ or other spicy meat dishes, the wine can also fit well in a vegetarian dish, for example a stronger mushroom risotto or grilled vegetables
