Chateau La croix de Gay Pomerol The vineyard of Château La Croix de Gay is currently being developed by the Raynaud-Lebreton family, descendants of a line of Pomerolais winegrowers dating back to 1772, but established in the commune since at least 1477.

Chateau Leoville Barton The castle was built in 1758 by Monsieur de Pontet with the peculiarity that among the private apartments it has outdated cellars in the form of a vaulted crypt where everything is silence and serenity. The name Allesverloren reflects the origin of its wines. It stems from a single transformative incident: to buy tools or go to church, the family in Allesverloren had to undertake a long and arduous wagon journey along primitive roads to Stellenbosch. When they returned from such a trip in 1704, they found their house razed and the farm destroyed.

The Lamarche family settled in the small village of Vosne-Romanée (Côte d'Or - Burgundy) around 1740. They expanded their estate and Henri Lamarche founded the domain in the early 20th century. He already produced and sold his wines directly from the domain.
