Bouvet -Ladubay
Rose Brut
Bouvet -Ladubay takes its fruit from more than 100 plots in the Loire Valley, extracting the best quality from each harvest through its longstanding relationships with winegrowers.
Grape pressing is monitored in the vineyards; color is obtained with a rapid maceration of the red Cabernet-Frank on its skins.
Fermentation takes place in stainless steel, then the wines are blended and the cuvée is bottled for the second fermentation, according to the traditional method.
